  Great restaurant! We drive over often from Ridgecrest and enjoy the food and ambiance. We especially like eating outside under the trees with the great view of the mountains and bird sanctuary. Our favorite...the steak salad with he home made chunky blue cheese dressing...outstanding!! Joy, our favorite hostess has a great memory and brings our standard choice of wine straightaway. Super value! Don't miss this!

  The food is great and the staff friendly and welcoming. Our "Birthday Club" meets there for lunch several times a year and they always go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience.

  We pulled in off the road pretty late. It was almost closing time but these friendly people hooked us up with fantastic fresh baked bread, salad and prime rib with baked potatoe for 4. The atmosphere is wonderful and the owners made us feel like part of the family. There is a beautiful full service bar and we were told that there is also outside dinning. We will eat here every time we are in Lake Isabella.
